The rules for using the BBall app, the store, and the premium subscription.

These Terms apply to your use of the BBall app and the website bball.com, and to purchases in the online store. The Service is provided by Otimo AS, reg. no. 915790526, Loddefjordveien 14, 5171 Bergen, Norway. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

Structure. These Terms have four parts: A) general terms for the Service, B) terms for the premium subscription (purchased in the app via the App Store / Google Play), C) sales terms for the online store (payment on the website), and D) common provisions. The parts carry different rules — especially for payment, right of withdrawal and cancellation.

Part A — General terms

A1. Using the Service

BBall is a tool for players and coaches. You are responsible for your account and for keeping the information you provide accurate. You must keep your password confidential.

A2. Age

The Service may be used from [TO COMPLETE: age limit — align with Privacy Policy section 7]. If you are a minor where you live, a guardian must consent.

A3. Intellectual property

Content, design, logo and software in the Service belong to Otimo AS or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

A4. User content

You keep the rights to content you upload (e.g. documents, images). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it as the Service requires. You are responsible for having the right to share that content.

Part B — Premium subscription (in the app)

Premium is purchased and paid through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, not on the website.

  • Free trial: up to [TO COMPLETE: confirm number of days — current text says 90] days free. After the trial the chosen subscription is charged.
  • Renewal and cancellation: the subscription renews automatically and is managed in the App Store / Google Play under their rules. You cancel there.
  • Refunds for the subscription follow App Store / Google Play rules, not the online store's.

Part C — Online store sales terms

This part applies to purchases of physical goods in the BBall store, where payment is made on the website.

C1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK), including VAT where applicable. Payment is made securely via Stripe. An order confirmation is sent by email.

C2. Right of withdrawal

Consumer purchases — statutory right of withdrawal. For purchases of physical goods as a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. [TO COMPLETE: lawyer to tailor — deadlines, exceptions (e.g. custom-made goods), who pays return shipping.]

C4. Complaints and defects

Part D — Common provisions

D1. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Otimo AS is not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Norwegian law.

D2. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Bergen as legal venue. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules where you live. You may also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority / Consumer Council, or via the EU ODR platform.

D3. Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes are notified, and continued use after notice counts as acceptance. For purchases already made, the Terms in force at the time of purchase apply.
