How to Delete Your BBall Account

You can request deletion of your BBall account in one of two ways:

1. In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions

2. By Email: Send a deletion request to geir@otimo.no from the email address associated with your account

What Happens When You Delete

When you confirm deletion:

• Your account is immediately deactivated

• You will lose access to all BBall features and content

• All personal data connected to your name — including your profile, photos, practice records, stats, attendance, injuries, and chat history — will be permanently erased from our systems

What We Keep

We retain anonymized, generic data that cannot be linked to you as an individual. For example:

• Aggregated team statistics where your individual identity has been removed

This data is kept in a form that does not identify you and is used solely for analytical and service improvement purposes.

Deletion Timeline

• Deactivation: Immediate upon confirmation

• Permanent Erasure: Within 30 days of your request

• Grace Period: The 30-day period allows us to process your request securely and handle any technical issues. During this time, your data is queued for deletion and inaccessible for normal use.

Important Notes

• Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. We do not provide refunds upon account deletion.

• No Recovery: Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered.

• Team Impact: Your teammates will no longer see your profile or personal content, but anonymized team records may remain.
