1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BBall ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

BBall is operated by Otimo AS, a company registered in Norway.

2. Description of Service

BBall is a private assistant for basketball player development. The App allows you to:

• Track practice information, player statistics, attendance, and injuries

• Upload photos and practice-related content

• Receive AI-generated tips and training guides

• Communicate with your team and teammates via in-app chat

BBall is available on iOS and Android. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use BBall, you must create an account using your name and phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Freemium Model and Subscriptions

BBall operates on a freemium model:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features

• Premium Tier: Additional features available via in-app purchase subscription

Payment: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds upon account deletion or cancellation. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to BBall, including photos and practice information.

By uploading content, you grant Otimo AS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the BBall service.

This license ends when you delete your account or the specific content, except where we have already used it in anonymized or aggregated form.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Use BBall to harass, bully, or abuse other users

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App

• Use the App for any purpose other than personal player development

7. Team Communication

BBall includes chat functionality limited to your team and teammates. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. Otimo AS reserves the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BBall — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Otimo AS or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BBall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. AI-generated tips and guides are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional coaching or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otimo AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BBall.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen, Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
